TECHNICAL INFORMATION

FLOORING
The marquee has a suspended timber floor covered with navy blue exhibition grade carpet

CONSTRUCTION
Stands are constructed from timber framed plywood faced panels, most of which are double sided. Single faced panels are used for the back walls of stands at the edges of the marquee

  • all panels are painted in magnolia with blue trim
  • all panels are all 2.2m  high
  • all panels measure 57mm (thickness)
  • frontage measurements are always calculated to centres
  • each stand is finished with a header board bearing the Exhibitor’s trading name, except for some double length and corner stands where this may not be possible

FIXINGS
Batons are located vertically every 500 mm within each panel, and around the edges. Recommended fixings include:

  • double-sided Velcro
  • small screws and cup hooks
  • nails and tacks are not permitted. We recommend that free-standing shelving is secured to the panels where appropriate

ELECTRICAL
Each stand is fitted with:

  • a 13 amp double power point with a load tolerance up to 3 KW or 3000 watts. A 16 amp fitting which provides up to 3.5 KW or 3500 watts is available on request 
  • track spot lighting with a minimum of 3 adjustable spot lights per stand. On larger stands the lighting may be suspended from the roof 
  • ceiling fans are installed in the marquee in warm weather

TABLE HIRE
Tables are available for hire if booked in advance. The dimensions are:
1830mm (l) x 690mm (w) x 760mm (h) i.e. 6’ (long) x 2’3” (wide) x 2’6” (high)
