NOTES FOR CREATING ADVERTS

  1. When creating Power Point slides select slide sized for 16:10 aspect ratio to prevent images becoming stretched when transferred to the big screen

  2. Prepared JPEGs to be 1024 pixels by 576 pixels

  3. Video/movies in most formats to be 16:9 full height anamorphic

  4. Limit any text to 8 lines to maximise its viewing from distance
